DIY antistatic

In a situation where you don’t want to use additional chemistry without such a vivid need, it's time to think about how you can replace an antistatic agent or how to prepare an antistatic agent at home with your own hands.

Option 1

Remove material from the accumulation of static electricity during washing - add vinegar or lemon juice to the last rinse. They will not only help prevent an unpleasant phenomenon, but also make the fabric of any product softer and more pleasant to the touch. And if you use lemon - it’s also pleasantly smelling.

Important! Vinegar can be replaced with ordinary table salt. It will take 1 tsp. on 10 l of water. The effect will be the same.

Option 2

Another solution, which is excellently used as a fabric softener and antistatic agent for clothing, is also added when washing or rinsing. To prepare it, mix:

  • 2 parts of your hair conditioner;
  • 3 parts vinegar;
  • 6 parts of water.

Important! For any washing volume, in principle, only ½ part of a glass of such a tool is sufficient.

Option 3

If you use fabric softeners, dilute the concentrate with water, fill any container with a spray bottle - your home antistatic for clothes is ready.

Important! Such a tool can be applied as a spray directly on things, carpets. Other methods can also be used if, for example, electrified plaid.

Urgent measures

  • plain water - wet your hands and pass them through your hair or clothing;
