Why clean the gas burner?

Many of you must have come across a situation where the gas from the burners of the stove starts to burn worse. The flame of the burner partially or completely disappears, changes its color and shade, in especially advanced cases, one or more burners may not work at all.

Sometimes the problem is weak gas pressure. But most often, the cause of such troubles is the usual pollution of the burner dividers or nozzles that are under the burner. During cooking, liquid or particles of food can get into small holes. Contamination can also occur due to the fact that powder detergents are often used to clean the surface of the stove. In any case, if a problem arose, you should deal with its solution.

Useful Tips

  • Regularly, at least once a year, call the master to the house for technical inspection, timely identification and troubleshooting of the gas stove.
  • Thoroughly clean the surface of the stove and burners from dirt and scale.
  • Instead of powdery detergents that may build up and get into the burner nozzle, use “Cif” soft gels to clean the working surface of the stove. In addition, they have a liquid texture and do not scratch the coating of the plate.
